HOW DOES THE EXAM WORK?
GRADE 1 - 3
15-minute exam. Perform one set scene and one own choice scene from memory. Answer questions related to performance.
GRADE 4 - 5
20-minute exam. Perform one set scene and one own choice scene from memory. Answer questions related to performance.
GRADE 6
25-minute exam. Perform three own choice scenes. They must be from a published play of television/film screenplay, within specified time periods. Answer questions related to their performance.
GRADE 7 - 8
30-minute exam. Perform three own choice scenes. They must be from a published play of television/film screenplay, within specified time periods. Answer questions related to their performance.

All terms are 10 weeks long.

You can join straight away. Our current Term is open to new students, you can just pay a pro-rata amount. Email [email protected] to join mid-term.
WHAT CLASS IS FOR ME?
Here are our age recommendations for each grade. There are no rules about age range, but we have based this on the set material and requirements for each grade.
- Grade 1: 8 – 11 years old
- Grade 2: 10 – 12 years old
- Grade 3: 11 – 13 years old
- Grade 4: 12 – 14 years old
- Grade 5: 13 – 15 years old
- Grade 6 (Bronze): 15+
- Grade 7 (Silver): 16+
- Grade 8 (Gold): 17+
There is a maximum of 4 students per class.

YOUR COACH

MOLLY WRIGHT
Molly won the 2019 Critics Circle Award for Young British / Irish Performer of the Year and was nominated for 2 BIFA Awards (Best Supporting Actress and Most Promising Newcomer) for her performance in Daniel Kokotajlo’s debut film, Apostasy, which won rave reviews following its premiere at TIFF & LFF. Molly made her debut starring in critically acclaimed BBC1 drama The A Word back in 2015, which went on to run for three series. Molly has since gained roles on several other BBC and ITV productions, one of which is due to air later this year.
Alongside her acting career, Molly has extensive experience teaching and mentoring aspiring actors. She has also been successfully guiding students towards their LAMDA performance and communication examinations since 2014. Molly undertook the LAMDA Acting and Musical Theatre exams herself and found them invaluable.
