In this ten part course, Grace explores what ‘good acting’ might be and how actors can achieve it. You will develop truthfulness and connection to text. Mindfulness will help you relax enough to be free, in the moment, and allow your passion to be present in the room. You will learn about the different styles and genres of acting, re-discover your sense of play, work with mindfulness and breath to release tension and learn movement and voice exercises you can use in your practice. On completion of the course, you will be awarded a certificate.
