In this nine part course, you’ll pay close attention to the relationship between your body and emotions. When we are aware of subtle changes in either our psychology or physicality, we can be responsive to all the impulses that will occur when acting. There will be an exploration of how the ideal centre prepares us for all of our creative work, a breakdown of each of Chekhov’s four brothers and you will develop an understanding of what archetypal gesture is and how to use it. On completion of the course, you will get a certificate to share with the world.
